These book manuscripts include the corrected typescripts of: "Analytical philosophy of action" (Cambridge University Press, 1973); "Analytical philosophy of knowledge" (Cambridge University Press, 1968); "Jean-Paul Sartre" (New York, Viking, 1974) with a.ms. & galley proofs; and "Nietzsche and morality" (New York, Macmillan, 1965).

Notebooks filled with Nelson's ideas and notes on art and poetry, as well as various other subjects, such as translations, women, liberty and democracy, and Americanization, which last shows his bitterness at not having achieved recognition as a creative artist in this country. Also included are quotations from numerous writers (including Samuel Loveman's "The triumph of anarchy" copied from the author's manuscript), with his criticisms on several of them (Stagnelius, a Swedish poet, Amy Lowell, Swinburne, Ezra Pound), on Gounod and Berlioz, on the sculptor Flaxman, and on Nietzsche. There are drafts of letters to various people, and to newspaper editors. Of particular interest is the letter to Hart Crane (see Notebook 1920 November-1921 June), circa May 1921, on whom he had considerable influence, even though their friendship was of brief duration.

This collection contains audio recordings of Fellowship talks delivered by Olgivanna Lloyd Wright to members of the Taliesin Fellowship nearly each week, usually on Sundays organized chronologically from 1952-1984. These talks continued a tradition begun by Frank Lloyd Wright; they similarly cover a range of topics from Frank Lloyd Wright's Organic Architecture (often read from transcriptions of his Fellowship talks) to the daily activities of the Fellows. Many include her reading from poetry and philosophy and her own theories on moral character and the ethics of hard work. The collection also includes other talkes, speeches, and interviews with Olgivanna Lloyd Wright.
